First National Bank
False advetisment/breach of promise Mobile Device

I received an SMS on the 12/11/2013 confirming that I qualify for a Blackberry Z10 which I opted to take and replied to the sms saying YES. I received a call from FNB by a male named Thando on the 15/11/2013, who validated my details and then proceeded to advise me that I will receive the phone during the course of next week, meaning this week. I later received another call from Thando, on the same day after confirming that I would receive the cell phone, then contacted me to say sorry VODACOM (R199.00 Z10 special) said I don't qualify, how is this possible when FNB confirmed that I will receive my PHONE.

And to top it all off THANDO contacts me to advise that VODACOM said I don't QUALIFY for this special, I'm request that I receive my phone as promised. FNB should treat all you clients the same and THANDO made it seem like I'm an average client which is not fair at all.

I'm HIGHLY disgusted and feel humiliated by the empty promises and FALSE ADVERTISMENT.

I need a resolution from FNB ASAP as to how they are going to compensate me as I will take this further action if nothing is done..
