APPLICATION FOR ACCOUNT TRANSFER

On the 30 August 2013, i requested to get a new contract and to transfer ownership to my company name, I have 15 contracts on my personal name, which is all for the business. The consultant Shamon, was more than happy to assist and advised that this will all be done by the following day. I had to go to the store and make calls every week and everytime promised the transfer will be done. On wednesday the 16 October 2013 i decided enough is enough, requested to speak to manager, who was not helpful, he made me speak to lady that says she tried to send documents through, but system is always down and they cant do anything else. I asked why could they not call me and advise me, her response: our lines were not working. I stated use your personal phone, she replied: I dont own a cellphone!!! You work for vodacom but you dont have a phone, Please!! I am horrified at the service i have received by this branch. I always do my upgrades and new contracts with them. The least they could do is advise what is happening and make a point of sending management to head office with the documents to ensure the process will commence. Im disgusted and will not advise any clients to the them
