Ecently got a new contract from an 8ta store around JHB, been struggling with network since i got the phone. outy of the many times i logged cases only once did i get feedback which was pathetic and useless. i dnt understand how 8ta "value" clients. my phone is hardly two months old its useless when it comes to network coverage, iv had enough of case numbers that are of no use. i actually want my contract cancelled, since iv had the phone i havent enjoyed a single moment of it. hardly 2 months old nothing seems to be done.
highly unacceptable.
