For the past couple of weeks we have been experiencing very bad to non-existent signal in Middelburg. I have 3 phones on Cell-C and are now really fed up with this problem. Cell-C is in breach of their contract with me, but nothing gets done about it.
I was at the Cell-C shop in the Middelburg Mall on saturday to complain about this problem but the only answer you get out of them is: "We are aware of it and working on it". That is the same answer I have been getting for the past 6 weeks.
Inside the Middelburg Mall, if you walk 30m away from the Cell C shop you have no more signal.
It is really unacceptable and unfair to keep charging us for a service not rendered.
