Firstly to get through to your service line is like trying to get a direct line to Richard Branson and secondly when one does get through, the lack of service reflects a dismal future for your brand in terms of its' sustainability. It seems like because you have the monopoly you can do what the heck you want with your clients and face little consequence for your lack of brand conscience.

Someone needs to contact me urgently with respect to your billing and accounts. I have changed ownership of the line and the previous owners have got the bill. The change of ownership was nothing short of a nightmare. This has just made it worse and the ignorance amongst your call centre staff is so frustrating for your clients that it is a complete waste of my time a) to call your call centre time after time because they don't pick up and b) when i get through to have my requests ignored.

Let it be known my story is too long to describe in the little number of characters I am allowed on Hello Peter. If I do not get a response to this, I will go to the newspapers. It would be in your interests to contact me and rectify the situation and to train your staff to effectively deal with clients.
