Ordered service and no delivery

Called Telkom to install a line. Never had a telkom line so we were excited to finally get a home phone and internet. Made arrangements for the tech to come. They spent 10 mins on my property and said that there is a line fault and left. I had to phone the call centre to find out what is happening. Monday the the 6th, I get a call from someone saying that at my gate.??? Nothing was arranged so I said they must come back the 11th. Now they tell me it the 12th. Again I have lost a days work due to Telkoms Incompetent staff. I can not take anymore time off. I dont inderstand how a company like telkom cant get it right. My first experience with them is such a bad one. So now I am left with no phone at home. NO THANKS TO A TYPICAL MONOPOLOUS COMPANY.Can do what the want. Well thats it.
