A telkom Technician was attending a fault on a neighbours line, as my wife was alone at home she would not let them into our property. The Tech managed to gain access through the neighbour to attend to his line, but disconnected our line "out of spite" or "for fun", my line has now been down for 3-days and the fault log shows that it has not been handed to the technical department yet. When it comes to Telkom, we are not even allowed to protect our own safety???
