Uncapped ADSL - SLOW!

We have been with Telkom now for about 2 months - uncapped ADSL and it is so slow we may as well write a letter, stick a stamp on it and post it instead of emailing! We are an e-commerce company so this is completely unacceptable, we cannot work! We have complained a number of times about this and then it gets better for a day and back to being slow.

Sort this out now or we will be forced to go back to our previous provider, this is wasting our time and causing serious damage to our business.
