I have previously logged a complaint about how long it took Cell C to collect the wrong phone that was delivered -that was on 23/10/2013- Cell C responded on 24/10/2013, by letting me know that Blanche will contact me -and she did, but that was 2 weeks ago.
I am still waiting for feed back from her regarding the matter on Hello Peter-it has been 2 weeks since she contacted me -with a promise of keeping me updated, that was the last I heard from Blanche, Very disappointed indeed. I still don't know what is happening with regards to the new phone to be delivered or not, the call centre agents are not very helpful -like before, I would appreciate it if this matter can be resolved soon, Cell C I really regret having my contracts with you. I defiantly wont be renewing!!!
