Unexceptable service Brooklyn Vodacom4U

I upgrade 4 phones in Sept 3 of the phones had to be sent back "faulty". On my main number the sales consultant did the upgrade to an iphone5, without informing me that these phones are discontinued? He did not cancel the internet for the blackberry that I had so vodacom charged me for that too. At customer care when I called in the lady told me that it is working so I have to pay for it? I wanted to know if that was not the work of the sales consultant to cancel it? I am still waiting for the replacement of my iphone5 believe it or not the store do not contact you, you have to call them only to find out that I will still have to wait for a week plus the reason is because the iphone5 is discontinued they do not have stock and they are still looking who can help. Why do they want to sell a phone to me that is discontinued??? Branch Manager said that her manager will call me back, wonder when? half of the day is gone already!!!
