Thank goodness for porting

I am currently STILL holding on after 7 minutes to speak to someone on 0821958 regarding the cancellation of my contract due to my port to MTN. I am absolutely thrilled that I have changed as this service is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! This is not hte first time which i have had to hold on so long to cancel my contract, and end up putting the phone down as i cannot hold up to 10 minutes for someone to actually pick up the phone. So i am hereby cancelling my contract with immediate effect via hellopeter as no one seems to work in your call centre.
