Cancelling contracts

I have 2 contracts with 8ta which i want to cancell but they are making it as difficult as possible to do that. There are no link on the Internet to do this and I eventually contacted the call centre which told me to send an E-Mail to [Email Removed] to request the cancellation but the mail was returned. I send a new Mail to custermer service requesting them to forward the request to the relevant people but they replied that they cannot.
