I went to Worcester branch in Mountain Mill Mall on 23 August 2013 to cancell 2 contracts after the call centre said that i had to go to a shop to do it. I've signed a form with the lady at customer service and was told i will be phoned if there are any problems. I have now been billed two months after the instruction was given to cancell the contracts. I request that the payments maid should be reversed. I also require confirmation that the contracts are cancelled.
