My fone crashed and needs software upgrade. firstly I'm told it will take 4-6 weeks but if I have internet acces I can do it myself and it will take 20-120 minutes. I tried and couldnt do it as it said no softare available on Blackberry website, when prompted to select a network cell wasnt even an option, only Voda SA and mtnSA. I call 140 they say they dont know how long it takes and they dont know if I can get a balckberry to use while I wait (I am on contract with cellc). I go to the shop they say they can only offer me a Nokia that can simply makes calls and send sms' ... no internet even.. I pay for a Blackberry contract which includes BIS. I now use my E63 while i have to wait for 6 weeks for my BB to come back. In the meantime I am paying my installments and have to pay for using the internet on myE63 (something already paid for in my contract amount)... i am disgusted by your service i must say... in one week my account is already R56 over the usual amount... I will have to pay double if not triple for next month for sure for a phone i dont have and services already paid for... on a scale of 0-5 as you always ask, I rate you at 0 if -5 is not an option...
