Thank for Screamer Telecoms!!

On the 2nd November my Telkom line went dead. After holding on for 37 mins I was given a ref no (02113891) for the fault.By the 9th, a week later!! I was told that due to heavy lightning activity they could not give me an eta for my repair. I run my business from home and could not afford to sit at Mugg and Bean every day to get my emails. My cell phone bill was also getting out of hand.
A off client told me to call Screamer Telecoms. I spoke to Victor who sent me a contract, (I selected the month to month contract for the same amount that I was paying Telkom), and THE FOLLOWING DAY a Screamer tech team arrived at my house and installed my connection. Their call rates are cheaper than Telkom and I still haven't heard from Telkom so their service is obviously way better.

Just some advice, I was told by Telkom that I had a 10Mgb internet connection but I was lucky if it ever got faster than 1Mgb and it was normally in the region of 512kbps. Screamer installed a 4 Mgb connection for the same price, AND I DO GET 4 Mgb!! This makes a massive difference.
