I have a Vodacom corporate contract top up 315, with 100mb of data.
During the day from 7 till 4:30 I am connected to wifi.
from the 1st till 5th September I had made 8 short phone calls.
Then I tried to send a msg and it wouldn't send.
so I dialed *100#... and the response I got was that my airtime was finished.
When I called a consultant she told me its because I was connected to the internet from 12 am... this is impossible as I was connected to WIFI.
Im not sure what steps to take next. I find this ridiculous!
