So Telkom are apparently "upgrading" their customers to a higher speed for free but while this is taking place customers are suffering no or degraded internet speeds and service... without any notification via sms or email or a call to your customers to explain... however if you are one day late to pay your bill then SMS after SMS is sent to chase for the money!!
Get your priorities right and communicate these things to your clients as some customers run their businesses off your services!!!
