Complaint 1 - I renewed two contracts in Dec 2011 & took two iPhones. I am still being charged for BIS each month (R51, 75 per month per phone) & have asked for a refund on numerous occasions. I am yet to get a response. I calculate that MTN owes me R1449.
Complaint 2 - I have sent in a migration form on 11 Jan 2013 to move to a MTN750 (from a MTN1200) package, but have not received a response yet. I have called twice & being assured of a response, but still nothing...
Complaint 3 - When I took out my contract I was on an MTN500. This contract was too little for me & I was advised (by a MTN consultant) to move to a higher contract, which I did - an MTN1200. I now want to move to an MTN750 (as the 1200) is too much & MTN want to charge an R800 migration fee - why? I am still on a higher contract than my original contract, so I have not scored a better phone or anything. Surely this is unfair? I have also queried this & have not had a response despite being told that a customer service agent will call me.
