I refer to my previous report about MTN not giving our complaint any response and the response filed by MANTOA REQ 2058377.
In this response MANTOA quite clearly stipulated that a person by the name of Andre' called me to arrange an appointment for today 12h00 pm.
WHAT AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!! I have yet to receive that call or any response from MTN for that matter.
It just shows to what lengths MTN will go to avoid taking responsibility for their utter poor service, by alleging that some person has called and made an appointment just to make us the unhappy complaining client look bad.
I CHALLENGE MANTOA TO PRODUCE THE PROOF OF THAT CALL EVER TAKING PLACE.
QUITE CLEARLY MANTOA HAS EVEN FURTHER DRAGGED THE ALREADY POOR NAME OF MTN THROUGH THE MUD BY STATING SUCH UTTER .
IT IS QUITE CLEAR MTN HAS NO INTENTION OF RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM AND HAS RESORTED TO SUCH STATEMENTS AS MADE BY MANTOA TO ATTEMPT TO TURN THE SITUATION IN THEIR FAVOUR.
BOTTOM LINE IS WE ARE LOSING BUSINESS DUE TO THE PROBLEM WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING FIX IT AND IF YOU ARE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH GET SOMEONE WHO IS TO DO IT.
WE ARE PAYING FOR GOOD COMMUNICATION SERVICE AND RECEIVING ULTRA POOR SERVICE
