Hi,

I logged a query on Hellopeter last monday and was told that the data bundle was not loaded on my account and this was now fixed.

I was also told that the incorrect amounts would be reversed on my account and not refunded to my credit card which I am unhappy with because I lose out my 20% Discovery Cashback and will end up paying the full R5008.29.

I have just received my statement for January and there is no credit showing on the account and I have again been charged with R1253.99 worth of GPRS charges.

I also disputed the data usage and requested feedback on which of the 3 sim cards these charges were from. I have still not recieved any feedback on this.

Please sort out your mess!
