Bad service or Criminal intent?

Two years ago I subscibed to a MTN Broadband 2GB bundle at the local Autopage store in Worcester. I had no complaints until January 2013 when I noticed GPRS/Usage charges on my account. As I had left the modem/dongle at home while on holiday I queried the charges and was told that it was usage charges and I was liable for the payment. As this was unacceptable I had a running war with the local branch untill about two months ago when it was discovered that i had received the wrong Sim card and my Sim card was in the possession of a person who had subscribed to the same bundle. The twist however is that this person was an employee at the local branch at the time. To prevent further charges I had the Sim card blocked. At that stage my modem and the other Sim card was left at the store and the Sim card was given to the other person, while mine remained blocked. I was promised that the correction between the two accounts will be done and I will get my refund. I even made queries to Customer Services since then and was told i would be contacted by the Accounts dept. Untill now.. NOTHING! Total usage I paid for R3756.01 Excl Vat and Excl the April '13 account which I had not received.
