Terrible service, incorrect number given, no cove

Rejoined Discovery in March 13 after being unemployed, only rejoined as I always received good service & needed cover for myself & son after gaining employment again.
Found out that I was pregnant on the 01/04/13 and informed Discovery a few days later. My pregnancy thus far has been covered.
Just called for authorization this morning and just a couple hours later received a call from Jillian Buys that my pregnancy won't be covered.
Not happy with this, I called the call centre who laughed at me & said that it seems like I was lying and therefore a investigation was not needed and a decision could be made in less than 3 hours.
The consultant said that my doctor wouldn't be contacted and a thorough investigation wouldn't be made as they don't believe that I could not have known.
This is terrible service! Who are these people to decide that I did not know and why am I not given the right to a proper investigation.
Totally unfair to only be advised less than 2 months before I give birth.
The consultant gave me the contact number for the Forensics department 086004500, which turned out to be totally incorrect.
No respect, no service, no interest even shown in trying to assist me.
