Extremly bad service

I'm one the 8ta client who was interested in having another two years with 8ta but I was very disappointed when I was told that my application for an upgrade was approved but everytime I go there I get different stories that hindering them to give me a device that I wanted. On Wednessday I was told that the system is off line they could not help me with the phone I was told to come the following day. I spoke to Godfrey the consultant that was assisting me he said everything is fine I can come to collect my phone. I told him I wont make can i send someone with my ID to collect on my behalf. He said its ok. When my friend get there he could not get the phone because y account has to be sent for revetting. Godfrey promissed to call me today and he never did when I call to follow up he was off. I asked if I can come to collect my phone Sfiso said its okay I I had to travel about hundred 50 km hoping I will come back with the device I wanted. Onlyto find other ecuses. my account had problems they could not invoice out. I called customer care to check I was told nothing was wrong with my account. I felt very disappointed with such service wasted my money and time for nothing. I'm unhappy
