To whom it may concern
I feel that it would be worth me bringing to your attention, exactly what a gem you have working for your company. I have never received such amazing service from an individual before.
My car broke down yesterday and my insurance directed to me to your agent (Thankfully Annie), who managed to arrange a towing service within less than an hour to pick up my car and take it to the garage. A few hours later I was informed that the garage was unable to fix my car and it would need to be transported to the nearest Renault, Annie went out of her way to try to confirm everything with the garage however they were closed. Annie then informed me that she would only be in at 10am the next day, however I can call in and speak to anyone on duty and they can assist. Unfortunately no one could assist until Annie got there :(
She kept in regular contact with me to update me on the outcome and was extremely polite and reassuring. Exactly what I needed at this time of panic.
I myself train call center staff in customer service so I can be very critical, but I am absolutely impressed with this lady and wish that all call center agents made my life this simple.
