Debit Order still Happenning and No Refund as yet

Hi, after the first report to Hello Peter, i received several phone calls from MobiMoola saying they are trying to help. Spoke to Chantal Hendricks who couldn't trace any email sent to them, but sent me a cancellation letter, spoke to Nolusindiso whom i emailed my bank statements for proof of deductions on my account. No any correspondence from her, only telephonically she told me it will take 21days to refund. Today is the 25th October there is another deduction on my account for R101 and R99 what is wrong with this people do they enjoy people their monies. I phoned them a guy called Zweli Cumpo says he is going to check with Finance my o/s balance, what balance i never received from them. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BY MONDAY, i am tired of this company can't they shut them down please. They are really starting to annoy me big time. Even this agent collecting money on their behalf i phoned them to stop debiting my account but looks like there is no controls.
