Failure to supply itemised billing

I have recently noticed that my May cellphone account was way above normal usage. I have been trying for almost a month now to obtain an itemised account. Last week Nkiwe at the Brooklyn branch said she could help. It is now a week later and still no joy as would be expected looking at the list of complaints.
