Vodacom
DATA upgrade issues

Hello

On the 5th of October I entered the Vodashop The Glen to amend my data contract as it was an open line and was costing too much monthly. I advised Kethiwe who was assisting that the data was being shared and that we would like to change the contact to a 5gig topup as we could then buy more data when we needed and didnt have unexpected bills. That was done and about a week ago our data sims stopped working. When we went into the store again on Saturday 2nd November we were told by Gift that the sim cards had been cancelled because on a data topup you cannot share the data, now really why were we not told this in the first place by Kethiwe??? I was advised by Gift that we would need to stay without internet for 1 month until the new changes to an open line again come into effect and that we will then need to buy new sim cards as R105.00 per sim (we need 3). I asked Gift to get his manager to call me on Monday which did not happen. On the 5th November I called the store to find out why the manager hadn't called and was advised by Jacques that we was not in. The following day being the 6th November Lucas (the manager) did call me and advised that he would call me back today
