I was due for an upgrade my Boyfriend and I were assisted by Hosea Mohohoma we advised him that we wanted the IPhone4, he showed both of us various packages, the 1 contract was with 200min, 200sms, 200MEG and 300MEG data Xtra I told Hosea that I didn't think that 200 mins would be sufficient asked him if one can topup all my contracts with Cell C are top ups. He told me that u get 300meg data xtra, told him that since my BF wanted to use the sim card in his BB he had BIS that it wouldn't matter about the xtra data as he had free internet. I was extremely specific and insistent that I get a topup again on this number as I have only had top up contracts. For the months of April and May an amount of R3532.89 was taken off my acc. On enquiring with Hosea he advised I signed for an open line. We asked 2 c Hosea. He adv us that Hosea was in the Bank. After 20mins of waiting he went to call him Hosea returned shortly thereafter ignored us went in2 back room apparently to eat. 45min still in there Quinton then popped his head in and Hosea was playing on his cell. Quinton asked him if he was busy, Hosea's reply was "No I am not busy bit I told manager 2 tell u im busy. No one at will help
