PLEASE ASSIST WITH CANCELLING MY CONTRACT

I would like to know what th process is for cancelling my contract with you guys!!!
in the branch im told to call your customer service line
when i call im told to go to the branch
when chatting to an agent they provided me with an email address
[Email Removed] when emailing its says THE MAILBOX IS FULLL!!!
HOW THE AM I SUPPOSE TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT
ITS TAKES 30 DAYS FOR THE CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED
ITS BEEN A WEEK WITH NO RESONSE
SO DOES THAT MEAN THAT MY CONTRACT WILL BE CANCELLED NEXT YEAR

I WANT A RESPONSE NOW!!!
