FNB refusing to give me a bank card!!!

I went to the branch in Harrismith a vew months ago with my card being half broken and asked them for a new one they advised me that it has not yet expired so I must pay R130 so I said I will wait until it has expired and have not heard from them again until I treid to pay my groseries at pick and pay on a saterday 12.00 and was told my card wont work because it is expired "what an emberasment"so Now I am sitting on a weekend without a card cant get fuel cant do nothing unless I use ewallet witch also costs me more bank charges. I went to branch in Reits on Monday they told me if I want a card I must Pay For it and that is where My problem comes in what did I go through that embaresment for if I have to pay anyway whent to a branch in Bergville and they told me I must order my card witch does not work by the way because Harrismith branch did have one treid to delever to me but did not ask me where I work before hand so here is the problem I work in different towns and usualy not in the same place for longer than an our I see customers and don't have a work adres.now I have been without a card for a week and cant acces my own money without paying redeculous bank charges.
