Very poor service

Seems like there is no one but an automated system sending these messages. It's pure incompetence and ignorance from Afrihost. I wish i could speak to someone senior there cause all the people i have spoken to don't seem to understand or know their own procedures. One callcentre agent sends account details for me to make payment, then the other tells me i could deposit the money and send proof of payment then the other tells me they don't accept eft. Lastly they suspend my services for a mere R10 even after paying for my services a week before.They still attempted to debit my account which then bounced and they charged me R10 and have now suspended my services for the R10. I even doubt there is anyone managing THEIR callcentre as they are quick to say they will call back which never happens once they put the phone down. They have very good systems and very stupid people behind those systems. At the end of the month they will forfeit my 8gb of data that i have fully paid for. First time i used thier services i was excited but now it has become a nightmare.
