My son's phone apparently got water damage and is not economical to repair. The phone is only a couple of months old and the phone has been advertised as a water proof phone and now it seem as if Sony is not willing to except the false advertising of the phone. The only reason why I decided to get this phone is because it was advertised as a water proof phone My son is at Varsity in Potchefstroom and I have no means of communication with him due to the fact that I cannot resolve this issue. Please assist.
