Here i am once again complainign about Nashua Mobile. I signed for a softlock on my contract for R 100.00 and i pay a monthly fee for that and to my suprise this month my calls were over R 200.00 and this how it all unfolded. On the 28th of Oct i received an sms that said i was on R 85.65 that being 80% of my call limit and then th enext day i received an sms that stated i have reached my limit and i am on R 151.39.

Please note the following, i went through my calls data and summary with amounts andi was on over a R 100.00 way before the 28th and i never got notified of that, hence the sms sent on the 28th was incorrect. And between the 28th and 29th i did not make calls that are worth the difference between 85.65 and 151.39 so this month soflock method did not work and further more the money reflecting on my statement is not the R 151.39 that i ahd received when i was softlocked.

I dont understand why i must pay for the difference as its very clear that this softlock system this month was not working properly. Im due for an upgrade and i will go to another service provider as this is unacceptable and i was told by ur consultant that i will not be credited. This is not my erro
