For the last 3 Weeks me and My ISP have been trying to get telkom to send me a Technician, to fix my ADSL Line, and all Telkom does is Call me ask me what the Problem is i tell them that i'm having Disconnects and Unstable ping and packet loss, on 11/03/2013 about 22:30 My Adsl Dropped Connection and everything was find when it come back on, the date 11/06/2013 10:47 i had I long disconnection again and My line is back to it Same old tricks With unstable ping and Disconnections, best part of all they say they send a technician even there compere says the technician was here but the funny thing of all is i work from home there was no technician at my home nor do they call you to stat that the technician is on his or hers way.

these are the Ref's numbers for the Same problem with no result if there is anyone on here that know's of any other telecommunication company that actually has qualified staff that can Fix problems with there lines in South Africa with out Kissing there please let me know.
