I was supposed to have a telephone line and adsl modification (order ref: 87123742A) done yesterday. Took the day off for this, as you can't give a time that the technician will come.
Called at 3 to find out what the status is, Spoke to 'Lucky' told me to call back at 4 then they will only call the technician.
Called back at 4, spoke to Lindiwe. She says that the technician found a fault with the cables at 11h30. At no point was I informed. I had to be at home the whole day for nothing.
o This means that I have to take another day off for a technician to come to my home?
o Why can't the technician check the cables beforehand and reschedule the appointment?
o Why can't the technician call me in the first place to tell me about the fault?
This is absolutely poor service, please have this expedited
