Sharon had gone out of her way to get my issue resolved with my "new" not working SAMSUNG S4 Mini. After weeks of frustrating telephone calls and no return calls when I was promised that someone would return my call, she took on my case and reported back on a constant basis. Sharon restored my faith in humanity and was the sole cause for me not cancelling my contract that I have had with MTN for more than sixteen years!
