Three months ago I bought couches at Ellerines Bree Street, Johannesburg, Sharon Zondo was the sales rep, on the day of delivery I was provided with couches that were on the display floor, I then returned to the store to complain about the incorrect delivery. Sharon then advised that she advised myself and my fiance that it was the last item and that the couches were discontinued, this is a and we deny this allegation. I then tried to get hold of the Regional Manager who was on leave and Sharon advised that she was going to keep emailing and phoning the individual, however I had made numerous calls to Sharon and to say the least received no joy or feedback from her. We then went personally to the Regional Manager at Carlton Centre in Johannesburg to explain the dilema, she then advised that the couches can be returned and we will get brand new couches (as we should have got in the first place). She then advised that we must go back to Sharon and cancel the contract at Bree Street and further advised that should we experience problems we must advise her and she will cancel via telephone. I have still no results and should i get no response here i will advise the ombudsman
