KFC takes money, but refuses to give food

We went to KFC and paid by card. The money went off my account and I received an sms from the bank. Their machine did nothing. It didn't' say declined nor accepted. I showed them my sms from the bank, but they refused to help. I then asked that they cancel my order and refund me the money that already went off my account. They refused to help. The manager indicated that if I want my money back I must go to the bank and get a bank statement to prove to them that the money went off my account, but if I still want the food, I must give them my card and pay yet again, although there is no guarantee that I will receive what I paid for. I left with R300 less in my account, no money and 5 hungry people. If this had been my only money, I would have nothing to eat for the day and 5 hungry tummies to explain to, all because KFC doesn't care. KFC refused to help and had the attitude of... "you can do what you want, we will not help you, accept it and go"... They claim to want to feed hungry children, when infact they can't feed paying customers. I am so disgusted with the way this was handeled that KFC Wilro Park will NEVER see me again! Bad attitude, Bad service, a Bad KFC!
