Unfair Debits, from a customer!!!

I have gone through such an upsetting ordeal with Nashua Mobile as a company. This is highly disappointing!!!
I have been debited unfairly 3 months in a row for goods I do not have, deal that the clearwater branch messed up. The branch manager Karen was responsible for the deal and it was jinxed from the start as I waited 2 weeks to receive goods that were supposed to take 3-5 working days, I returned the goods to the branch within 4 working days, which were received back by a gentleman named Themba Khoza. Weeks later I then dealt with Natasha in charge of Customer Care who assured me they would resolve the matter. Weeks later I then dealt with Gino from Head Office, who was unhelpful and arrogant, just sounded like he was not interested in helping me as a customer at all. It's now been 3months later and still NO Concrete feedback from Nashua. On Friday, 31st May, I called Head office and spoke to a lady named Kamogelo, asked for manager on duty but was told after 10 minutes of holding that the Manager on duty was busy. Even the Managers are useless at their jobs what more the employees. Gino has still not gotten back to me, Was at Clearwater branch 1st June with Karen, still waiting4feedback!
