Billing for Unknown stuff

On my Invoice appears an item called "Content Services". When I query that I am told that this is something (eg. Pictures, videos, etc) that I have subscribed to.

I DID NOT, AND WILL NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING!!!!! However, Vodacom seems reluctant to tell me who requested them to charge me for this so-called subscription. Unless they can give me detailed information, I wish to inform them that, should they recover those amounts from my bank account, I shall not leave a single stone unturned to recover the money with cost.

I am sick of their "don't care" attitude when it comes to customer service. They have now had 48 hours to respond to me, and I have heard nothing.
