How is it that your business is "communication" when it takes your call centre 1 HOUR to answer a call?! On 2 Nov 2013 I called in because I couldnt make international calls & urgently needed to call my mother in the UK. After listening to "I am happy" song playing in the background over and over for an hour, I felt myself become really annoyed, not to mention the irony! Eventually, an agent answers but tells me to contact Nashua Mobile but they had closed during the hour that I waited online for Vodacom to pick up! When I asked the agent if it was the norm to wait this long for a call to be picked up, she responded that "it was a busy day". I then asked if the day was an exception and if I would receive more acceptable service on other days, she said that she, "cant say that". The next morning I contacted Nashua Mobile and thankfully they responded within seconds and resolved my call within 1 hr. But Vodacom, your call centre services are pathetic in this day and age, especially given the nature of your core business! Eish!!!
