I have received a sms that my contract is due for an upgrade, so I decided to call, spoke to Karen who was very sufficient enough to assist, the first time we got the order wrong, who's mistake I dont know, but all was amended with another call from myself to rectify it. I was then promised that she will contact me first thing the next morning just to confirm that all is in order, guess what, I have been calling her the whole day, if she is not too busy then she is available, only for me to be put on hold for 10 minutes, to get told by an answering machine-to leave a message. My husband told me not to renew my cellular contract as they are expensive and also the service is bad, but no I wanted to give myself the benefit of the doubt. I guess that I will have to elsewhere, hopefully they follow through on their promises.
