After settling account, service suspended

So due to lake of control, I received a msg of debit order that didn't go through to Autopage and risk my account being suspended on the 5th, I pay my account immediately and whoops a day later Autopage find it in their good nature to suspend my account!!!!

And now to activate my account I will be liable for activation charge!
