Telkom services is a absolute shocker!
WHy do they send existing customers emails containing information stating that our adsl lines will be upgraded (for example they said from 6 November 2013, 2mb/s will become 4mb/s)..And im still running a 2mb/s uncapped which is supposed to be turning 4mb/s today..I phoned Telkom and all they can tell me is that it is a process that can take up to 6 months..Why do they then give the information in the emails and on the internet website which tells us from today it will be upgraded and billing will change from 1 December 2013...
To be honest i knew that it wont be upgraded this is really poor service..with false information
