I am running a 2Mb/s uncapped line at home which always had download speeds of up to 210kb/s maximum..When i do downloads the last couple of weeks i only get like 116 kb/s which is equal to a 1mb/s adsl line..when i log into my router it says 2048kb/s..which means i have a 2mb/s line..Telkom please stop throttling my connecting and disconnecting me i get disconnects when i play online games on my ps3..i always get the DNS error..Which is from the Telkom server..Also a part of my complaint is the fact that my 2mb/s line should have been upgraded already i have visited numerous websites stating 2mb/s lines will be upgraded from the 18th of November 2013 and i havent heard of anyone who has been upgraded yet?! can someone out there please tell me if their 2mb/s line have been upgraded to 4mb/s yet?!.I have been a customer for 10 years and the service is getting really pathetic now!
