Poor service till the very end!

After two years of terrible service I've decided not to renew my Autopage Contract. I've given notice to the cancellations department and was advised that my number will be ported to Pre-Paid on 28 January 2013.

I confirmed this with serveral people through out the notice period, and the last person I spoke to was Klaas (reference 2044781) who also confirmed that my contract WILL end on 28 January and that I will still be able to keep my old number on pre-paid.

To date I and I am STILL on contract and my number was still not ported to pre-paid. I have left messages on both the Autopage and 'My Account" websites but have not received any feedback yet.
