Cell C Direct poor service

I upgraded to Cell C new R699 iphone package. I was not told that upon delivery I need to have a copy of ID and proof of residence on hand. The phone was sent back. Since then I am battling for 2 weeks for another phone.
Anthony Jacobs, Lerato have promised to send me another phone but I am still waiting.
