Called Autopage to cancel my contract. Consultant was unsure what the notice period would be. He told me he would call me back with the date I would be released from my contract and how the process would work to keep my number. So one week after I called, I decided I better call him. Got "the run around", and was told I had not given notice by a very sarcastic employee. Spoke to another employee and left my details for a more senior person to call me back to sort out the issue. Still no response from Autopage. So logged a complaint on their web site. Still no reponse. So stopped in at an Autopage branch. Was told if I had a complaint to log it on HelloPeter. They looked up on the system and saw there was a cancellation notice on my contract. It had been put through eleven days after my initial call. I had not been informed and I still do not know how the process will work in order to keep my number.
