I had issues with my 3G connectivity at home. I have 3 voice and 2 data contracts with Vodacom, but very poor reception at home. I logged a call with Vodacom and had a response within 5 days. Steven, the technician from Head Office in Sandton arranged for a site visit. He checked on the area signal strength before arriving at my house and could immediately eliminate some factors. The core problem was identified as a software switch and IP configuration issue. Steven corrected the issues and assisted with the voice issues as well. We now have great 3G connectivity. It is great to see a well trained technician that shows passion for getting issues resolved. Steven is friendly and extremely helpful, I commend his work.
