I never complain about service industries but I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! Norton attorneys are absolute snakes and!! I had a payment of R54 (Which I was not aware of) not paid over 3 years ago and all of a sudden I get a lawyers collection bill and threaten of summons to pay now R1303. Not wanting a bad record or a summons on my name I make a payment arrangement with Tshepo. I agree to make 3 monthly payments to clear this debt, easy NO was I mistaken! YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE through the call centre you just sit holding. After numerous emails to ask for a terms and conditions of my payment arrangement I am still waiting but I am smsed about payment and honour my word and pay. The original amount was R1303, it then changes to R1640... WHAT!! I ask for a detailed statement to see what's going on... I eventually get it. its FIVE pages. I am getting charged R25 per phone call of which I have NEVER received one! In one day they charged me for 6 phone calls at R25 each! they charge for reminder sms's. So I made my three payments as arranged but I am told I am still outstanding and have one finally payment to make!!! I am told to call them BUT CAN NEVER GET THROUGH! I am at my wits end!!
